Louis graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University formerly Ryerson University’s Civil Engineering program in 1971. The next year he started at Structform as a Chief Estimator.

He became vice-president in 1986 and president in 1994.

He is currently the company’s CEO, responsible for day-to-day operations, business development and project procurement.
